Postpartum Belly Wrap
During pregnancy, the uterus expands rapidly as the baby grows, pushing all the internal organs into compressed and displaced positions — like a small watermelon inside.
During the confinement period, mothers must pay special attention to preventing “organ prolapse,” as all “women’s ailments” and “premature aging” start from organ prolapse, and worst of all it can lead to a protruding lower abdomen! Wearing a belly wrap is therefore very important — it helps the uterus contract, supports the organs in returning to their original positions, and reduces lower back pain.
Benefits of the Belly Wrap
An essential for pregnant and postpartum mothers — helps restore your figure and maintain your posture during confinement. Can also be used during menstruation.
The belly wrap offers many benefits: it helps restore physical function, prevents aches and discomfort, and is also suitable for women experiencing menstrual discomfort or a protruding lower abdomen.

How to Wrap
Wrap the belly band snugly against the abdominal muscles, but avoid wrapping too tightly as it may restrict circulation. Follow these steps:
- Lie flat on your back with both knees bent and feet flat on the bed. Keep your lower legs as close to your thighs as possible, forming a right angle with your abdomen.
- Inhale, pull in your abdomen, tighten your pelvic floor, and slightly lift your hips off the bed — at least the distance of one fist.
- Hold the rolled belly wrap in your right hand, pull out the end with your left hand, and place it snugly against the upper right thigh (at the same height as the pubic bone).
- Begin wrapping in parallel. As you wrap, press the band flat with your left hand to keep it snug against the abdomen, while your right hand holds the roll and gradually releases the band.
- After 1.5 wraps, fold the band diagonally once to the left at the side of the left thigh — either upward or downward diagonal is fine. After folding, smooth the band and continue wrapping.
- After another 1.5 wraps, fold diagonally once to the right at the side of the right thigh.
- Continue wrapping in this manner. After 5 diagonal folds, begin wrapping upward — moving up 2 cm with each wrap. When only a small length remains, tuck it into the wrapped band and secure with a safety pin.
Instructions for Use
After getting up and washing in the morning, wear the belly wrap after using the bathroom. If it loosens, remove and rewrap.
Remove before bathing and sleeping — as you remove it, roll it up for easy use next time.
Women who gave birth vaginally may begin wearing it immediately after delivery. Women who had a C-section may begin after being discharged from the hospital.
Note: Do not wrap too tightly at first.
